Description

Suddenly, Thousands is a crowd-controlling game that takes inspiration from Pikmin and The Swapper. As a lone individual, you can recruit characters with synchronized movements to help push blocks, trigger switches, and avoid perilous lasers. Help lead the crowd to it's sacred safe-house!

History

Game Jam Release

Omiya Games developed the game for Bacon Game Jam 08 on October, 2014. It was created within 48 hours by one developer, Taro Omiya. The game jam theme was, "millions of them," and while the original vision began as a sort of a Hitman-style assassination game, a bug inspired the developer to take it to a new puzzle-based direction.

Features

  • Control up to 25 synchronized characters at once in a chaotic fashion.
  • Use simple controls to recruit, dismiss, and switch to different characters.
  • Make use of your large army to push blocks, trigger switches, and more.
  • Avoid perilous death laser scattered throughout the levels.
  • Face the challenging 12 levels.
